Copyright Policy

1. Rights and licensed content

Arthyion respects intellectual-property rights. Arthyion originals, software, design, branding, and compilations are owned by or licensed to Arthyion. Sports footage, league marks, team marks, broadcaster materials, and third-party editorial content remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Reporting claimed infringement

A rights holder or authorized representative may send a written copyright notice to legal@arthyion.com. The notice should identify the material precisely enough for Arthyion to locate and evaluate it.

3. Information for a copyright notice

• A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorized to act for the rights holder.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
• Identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing, including relevant URLs, event names, dates, or account information.
• The reporting party's name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the reporting party is authorized to act for the owner.

4. Review and response

Arthyion may remove or disable access to material after receiving a sufficiently detailed notice, notify the affected party, request additional information, and preserve records. A deficient notice may delay action.

5. Counter-notices

If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notice containing the required signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and the party's name, address, telephone number, jurisdiction consent, and acceptance of service of process where required by law.

6. Repeat infringement

Where appropriate and legally required, Arthyion may terminate accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement and may apply other reasonable measures to deter infringement.

7. Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider authorized uses, licenses, and applicable exceptions before submitting a notice.

8. Designated-agent information

Copyright correspondence may be directed to the Arthyion Legal Department at legal@arthyion.com. If Arthyion seeks statutory safe-harbor protection requiring a designated agent, the operating entity must publish and maintain the agent's complete registered name, address, telephone number, and email information and keep the corresponding government registration current.

9. Other rights

Trademark, privacy, publicity, defamation, and other non-copyright concerns should be identified clearly in a separate message to legal@arthyion.com.
