Acceptable Use Policy
Rules designed to protect viewers, rights holders, and the Arthyion service.
1. General rule
Use Arthyion only for lawful, personal purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, content partners, rights holders, staff, or other users.
2. Content and streaming restrictions
- Do not copy, record, restream, rebroadcast, publicly perform, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit a stream or other content without authorization.
- Do not remove watermarks, rights notices, captions, access controls, digital-rights protections, or territorial restrictions.
- Do not use Arthyion to locate, promote, request, or distribute pirated or unauthorized content.
3. Accounts and access
- Do not sell, rent, transfer, or traffic in accounts, credentials, verification codes, or access tokens.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent age, identity, location, eligibility, or affiliation.
- Do not access another account or nonpublic service area without permission.
4. Security
- Do not test or exploit vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
- Do not introduce malware, destructive code, credential-harvesting tools, or traffic intended to disrupt the service.
- Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, authorization, geolocation, blackouts, or technical restrictions.
5. Automation and data use
- Do not scrape, crawl, index, download, or extract content or data at scale without written permission.
- Do not operate bots, scripts, emulators, or automated requests that create excessive load, distort analytics, reserve scarce capacity, or interfere with normal use.
- Standard search-engine indexing that follows published robots instructions is allowed.
6. Harmful and unlawful conduct
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, discrimination, or other unlawful conduct.
- Do not submit content or communications that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not use support or reporting tools for spam, false notices, or abusive campaigns.
7. Enforcement
Arthyion may investigate suspected violations and may limit streams, remove material, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, terminate access, or cooperate with rights holders and authorities where appropriate and lawful. Enforcement may be immediate when necessary to protect the service or others.
8. Reporting
Report security issues, abuse, or suspected unlawful use to legal@arthyion.com. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or full payment-card data.
